Look up a project
Search a vendor, street, agreement, or funding source in the contract register.
Explore selected Bartlesville contracts, documented project amounts, scheduled bond payments, and links to the City’s original public records—all together in a searchable demonstration.
This is a partial independent research sample, not a complete audit. No financial figures are presented as verified payments unless supported by payment records.
The records are organized by what they actually show—not by assumptions about what has been spent.
Search a vendor, street, agreement, or funding source in the contract register.
Check whether the amount is a proposed item, reported approval, contract value, or scheduled payment.
Follow links to official City documents and see which important records are still missing.
Use the tabs to explore selected contracts, debt schedules, City trusts, grants, and primary documents.
Search vendors, projects or funding sources. Open a record to see the supporting source and unresolved items.

The next phase will match payment transactions to individual contracts and projects. This tab is a data-collection placeholder, not a ledger of City payments.
No comprehensive payment transaction data have been imported into this demonstration. Unknown is not $0, and no claim is made about the amount the City has paid.
The proposed public register would include: vendor, date paid, invoice ID, department, contract or project ID, amount paid, funding source, and documentary reference.

Financial transparency should identify each entity separately instead of combining unlike accounts.
The published FY2026–27 adopted budget includes a Bartlesville Municipal Authority (BMA) revenue bond and note debt-service schedule. That schedule appears in the Bonds & debt tab and is distinct from the City's general obligation bond schedule.
For each trust or authority: legal entity, governing board, annual budget, audited statements, executed contracts, vendor payments, debt terms, grants, and original source URLs.
Other authorities and trusts are not yet populated in this research sample. Absence of an entry does not mean the entity has no spending or debt.
Kept separate so grants, project budgets and vendor contracts aren't added together.

All included source records link to City-hosted announcements, meeting materials or adopted budgets. Date listed is source publication or reference date.
Request these through the official Bartlesville Open Records process.
Source verified means the cited City document actually states the amount or action summarized. It does not mean the underlying contract has been executed or that payments have cleared.
Agenda-listed means materials include a proposed action; further minutes/executed agreement are needed to establish final approval.
Not reported means the cited source does not give the particular amount; it is not zero.
Keep date-stamped source URLs, an edit log and a corrections inbox. Mask confidential or sensitive data before publishing. Attribute missing records neutrally and offer the City an opportunity to supply corrections supported by documents.
Static website: no account registration, tracking script or visitor submission forms included.
The site is deployable as index.html. Records are embedded in the page, and a matching data.json is supplied for future maintenance. Refresh records monthly, following a two-source check where possible.
For an official City version, use an open CSV/JSON publication process and a documented correction policy.
For long-term public access, a municipal version could be maintained on cityofbartlesville.org through a documented City process. This independent site is only a demonstration and is not linked to a City government system.
